Oilcloths & coated fabrics
Our coated fabrics and oilcloths are carefully selected and tested to meet the highest quality standards.
Food authenticity
Most of our wax cloths are food-safe, making them ideal for projects like bread bags, lunch bags, or tablecloths. You'll find relevant information directly on the respective product.
Use by commercial customers
Most of our coated fabrics are also approved for commercial use—for example, in cafes, markets, or craft businesses. If you have specific requirements, please contact us before purchasing.
Care instructions
Our coated fabrics can be cleaned with a damp cloth. For more information, click on Care Instructions .
Note for homemade items
If you process and sell products made from our fabrics, the responsibility for labeling and product safety lies with the manufacturer (i.e., you). We are happy to support you with all the necessary information about the material and its origin.
Cotton fabrics (uncoated)
Our cotton fabrics are carefully selected and have a wide range of uses – from clothing to bags to home accessories.

Usually 100% cotton; for mixed fabrics, the exact proportion is stated in the product description.
Use:
Ideal for sewing projects such as pillows, table linens, bags, clothing, or patchwork. Also suitable for commercial use, such as home decoration, window dressing, and catering.
Care instructions
Machine washable at 30–40°C. Please follow the detailed care instructions for each product.
Product safety
- Not all fabrics are automatically saliva- or skin-friendly for babies or toddlers. Look for labels like OEKO- TEX® Standard 100 or GOTS in the product description.
- For direct skin contact (e.g. baby toys or clothing), we recommend using only certified fabrics.
Note on further processing
It is recommended to wash before sewing to avoid shrinkage .
